Best pasta in town literally. The place is so cozy. The manager is always there and he is the owner who cooks the food my himself. There are no service charges which is very rare to find and EVERYTHING IS JUST AMAZING 

During our 1-week trip to Cairo, we visited twice restaurant O’s Pasta located in a vibrant area of Zamalek island. The restaurant offers a great choice of Italian cuisine dishes, including many vegetarian options.  The salads served in O’s Pasta are just excellent: vegetables and cheese are fresh and very tasty, the dressings/souces refine the flavour of the ingredients. The portions are big and nicely served. We may strongly recommend Caprese, Greek and Blue cheese salads. Vegetarian pastas are also very good in the restaurant - special compliments to the chef!  Despite the small size of the premises, the dining hall is nice and cozy. The staff are welcoming and polite, the waiting time for an order is really short. The restaurant also has desserts.  Noteworthy is the value-for-money: in O’s Pasta one can get really fresh, well-cooked and delicious Italian food for a very good price (also without a service charge).

Great place to go for late lunch or dinner. Very fresh ingredients and unique and tasty pasta combinations- not your run of the mill Italian food. Great service and amazing food. Highly recommend.

O’s Pasta was easily one of our favorite meals. It’s a very small restaurant with only six tables, however there was a sign about an additional location on the other side of the building. It also appears that they do take reservations. The service was great and the food even greater! We ordered the tomato basil soup and Greek salad to start. We just ordered the small salad and the portion was huge and full of great veggies, olives and feta cheese. Our entrees were the Rosemary and Filletto Verdi. Both were scrumptious and the portions were huge. I highly recommend stopping here if you like pasta.
